Let's face it; the British weather isn't always kind to us and for those thrill seekers and outdoor adventurers a good washer/dryer is a must to keep us going day after day. The one at Butler's Cottage is there for your convenience whether its freshening up after a hot, (or wet) day in the hills or saving time for when you get back home at the end of the stay.

...by one of the lovely locals!

Our neighbours down the road at Simonstone Hall Hotel are well worth a visit for their exquisite food and beverage selection enjoyed on their terrace whilst overlooking the Dales. Their resident Peacocks sometime make a visit to the back door of the cottage. Beautiful to look at through the window but they can be a tad grumpy at times!

Stunning from every window

Every window offers a different view. Sitting outside the south facing front of the cottage enjoying a glass of wine in the evening at the patio bistro table you can enjoy views down the rolling dales while reminiscing on the day's adventures. From the rear of the property, the view changes to the cliffs, crags and moors which lead up onto Buttertubs Pass and which beckon you towards tomorrow's adventures.....
